Important:
Refunds will only be granted if the webinar does not take place as scheduled.
At Aerocadmy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content. Our refund policy is designed to protect both our participants and our commitment to delivering value.
When Are Refunds Issued?
A full refund of your registration fee will be issued in the following circumstances:
- The webinar is cancelled by Aerocadmy due to unforeseen circumstances
- The webinar does not take place on the scheduled date and time
- Technical issues prevent the webinar from being conducted
When Are Refunds NOT Issued?
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind or personal reasons
- Scheduling conflicts on your end
- Personal technical issues or internet connectivity problems
- Dissatisfaction with the content or presentation
- Not being able to attend the live session (recording will be provided)
Refund Process
- In case of webinar cancellation, we will notify all registered participants immediately
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for registration

Cancellation Policy
Aerocadmy reserves the right to cancel or postpone a webinar if:
- Unforeseen circumstances prevent the event from taking place
- The scheduled resource/speaker becomes unavailable
- Technical issues make it impossible to conduct the webinar
- External events or emergencies necessitate postponement
In Case of Postponement
If a webinar is postponed to a future date:
- Your registration will automatically transfer to the new date
- You will be notified of the new schedule in advance
- You may request a refund if the new date doesn't work for you
